   Don’t forget going to the bathroom, getting a haircut and breathing out deeply before getting on the scale is a BIG help!

   This has Starbucks written all over it. I take great pride in never having order a vente or bente or grande or what ever it is they call them. It’s small, medium, or large for me. One time the barista (coffee maker lady) even got all huffy when I insisted on a “medium!”

   Boy, you’ve got that right. After years of thinking thinking about sending in some ideas I finally got around to sending in three sure-fire winners . . . on the very day the original cartoonist announced his retirement! Am sure they must have gotten lost in the transition. :- )
