Cut out the fries, doughnuts, etc. These should be special treats and only eaten occasionally. Healthy food can be delicious. Do need to watch salads sometimes. I had a salad at St. Louis Bread Company (Panera) with shrimp, Japanese noodles, etc. It was delicious but had 700 calories! Too many calories for one meal. The next time I was at Bread Co., I did order the salad, but got a smaller one and it was for lunch, not dinner. Since I eaten only a bowl of cereal for breakfast, I figures it was OK to eat the salad.
