In the last year or two I’ve noticed a lot of crossover between comic strip characters. I wonder if cartoonist get together and plan that or what? Maybe as a way of increasing readership?
When Cathy got an extended cameo in “Liberty Meadows,” after her initial appearance, her face was always covered with a rectangle saying, “Image withheld on advice of lawyer.” She was also called Debbie. Frank Cho was a bit of an amateur back then.
