Nothing to do with the REAL price of whatever was just scanned at the grocery store. “Your savings were $3.71 today sir..” But the REAL savings was done by the mouth-breathers who never entered the real prices into the computer yesterday morning. Total loss to me averages 70-odd cents, too chintzy to hold up 11 shoppers behind me to argue about. (rolled eyes)
