Then it begs the question, what are you doing drinking in a bar?
They used to be able to go to the bar any time they wanted to, now they can only go during “Happy Hour”.
Most people who live paycheck to paycheck actually choose to spend beyond their income.
I owned and ran a bar for 23 years and I do know this happened a lot.
