A vegan diet is a great way to lose poundage, but not because of the taste. Veggies & fruit are nutrient-dense and very filling, so you don’t feel the need to eat as much. No, I am not vegan. But neither do I avoid vegan food. Some of it is delicious.
Everyone needs protein enough for our bodies to function, and vegans frequently know less about nutrition and medicine than they do wishful thinking and The Feelz. I’ve been a vegetarian for 33 years, and my daughters and grandsons are living proof that while meat isn’t necessary to be strong and healthy, relying on legitimate information from nutritional and medical professionals is.

I’ve recently lost 26+ pounds by just counting calories. Lean meats and so on. The most important thing is not fast food.

Would someone explain the difference between “Vegan” and “Vegetarian” to me. Thanks in advance!
