I agree with BC13. I’d rather have a rainy day at school, so I’m not distracted about what I’d rather be doing. I enjoyed being in school and learning things, but when a beautiful day is beckoning, it’s tough to stay focused. Easier to concentrate when you’re feeling warm and cozy inside. Nothing to do with being boring.

On bad weather days I am so grateful I am retired. With that in mind - the ‘toon is perfect.
