Well, the customer may not always be right; but, when you are in business and refuse to consider what your customers are saying, you are destined to fail. Unfortunately, some businesses owners that fail still try to place the blame elsewhere rather than look at the person in the mirror!

The “customer’s always right” policy insures you will still have a customer the next day! And a way to treat people right. Red has the right idea. Such a cute strip – as always.

Remember Robert Townson (sp?) ? He wrote “Up the Organization”. He suggested every CEO should go to a neutral phone & call his company & see how they treat customers. He claimed it would be enlightening after the first shock wore off.

Stanley Marcus said, “The customer is not always right, but is the customer.” If the demand is untenable, negotiate something both sides can accept. He and his sister did quite well on that philosophy.
