How do those feel? Odd. Anything on his feet are going to feel odd- he's gone barefoot pretty much the entire summer. In that case, I recommend schooling in Hawaii. Can I, mom?!! We'll take these.
Why is it parents do not teach their kids how to break in new shoes? They become more comfortable and cause less blisters. On a plus side the mother should be glad she has a son; if it was a daughter who went barefoot during the summer the girl would be have way to being a red-neck’s wife.
