Dear Gabby, I get fed in the morning adn in the evening. But I would also like to eat at noon and at midnight. Signed, What's a Dog To Do? Dear Craving and Confused, Leave some of your breakfast and dinner for later.
We left instructions for a neighbor with a really big Collie (related to Reveille) to take care of our Dachshund while out of town. The written instructions were “1 1/2 cup twice a day”. The cup in the dog food bag was a 1/2 size. The instructions should have been “1 half cup twice a day”. He REALLY enjoyed having 3 times the normal food. However, he could barely walk when we got home over a week latter.
