Crunch was the ship’s calling as he went about finding the sandbars.

Mike “Cap’n Crunch” Kolen was a member of the ’72 Miami Dolphins as a weakside linebacker. His hit on Baltimore Colts Don Notthingham was one of the most vicious clean hits ever.

Captain Crunch got his name because he could sit in milk forever and still be crunchy. Not a soggy bone in his body LOL I didn’t like Captain Crunch I liked a similar cereal that did get soggy. Quisp.

My father worked at a local university in food service. He told me that Cap’n Crunch was the most popular breakfast cereal there. His explanation was that a lot of the students grew up in houses which ate “healthier” cereals and Cap’n Crunch had the most sugar so they were ready assert their independence!

You mean Rover didn’t enquire about bacon this morning? It’s probably a little healthier than sugary cereals.

From the looks of him, he didn’t do much of the exercise.

I like how Red reads the cereal box. I used to do that too.

I used to put my Capt. Crunch in the freezer, to make the milk colder and to make the cereal softer.
