When I graduated I lived with my grandmother for awhile. She was retired and I worked in the bakery third shift making donuts and bread all night. I would get home to have “breakfast” just as she was waking up to have her morning coffee. We sat at the table and looked out the window together. It was a sweet time and I look back with fondness on it. I’m not a sit in one place kind of guy. I have to have a project going. But I learned the fine art of looking out the window and I feel I am better for it.
