Hey Kids Richard's Poor Almanac - by Richard Thompson Easter Egg hunt! With Hopsy Bunsy & Peeps McCracken I've hidden a full basket of Easter eggs! Swell! Where? All over the newspaper. Wha- Huh? This newspaper? Yes! They're in every section, including real estate, the classifieds & most display ads. Whoever finds all one thousand eggs first wins valuable coupons & a lunch One thousand? Why, for crying out loud? Well, there's no kids post on Saturday, so what're we gonna do for fun? I cannot believe anyone would do anything so stupi- crack Eeyew. Look, I won the Pulitzer Prize once, y'know Peep And this is so not cool.
Alas, most of today’s diminished and dying newspapers don’t have room for 1000 eggs. Some don’t even have all the sections Hopsy Bunsy mentions….
