Steve Martin did great balloon animals, started as a young man entertaining people waiting in line at disneyland. Later, in his comedy standup act, he would say âballoon animals!â , everybody âYay!â, heâd say, âOh, youâve seen it? I hate to repeat. Tell you what, Iâll do balloon animals, but I wonât blow up the balloons.â Heâd drape a couple of long ones over his forearm, cross another few over the first ones, and announce, âGiraffe!â .
