Sadly, I'll be kaput before the policy kicks in... in a few weeks. Voice 1: Son of a... Voice 2: I coulda been rich! Voice 3: What a lousy thing to happen to us!! Voice 4: This is a travesty for us!
They do realize that $100,000 doesn’t make you rich anymore.
