Oh boy, a third blast from the past.

First panel looks like Batman standing in the shadows.

Skull must be particularly pleased. They managed to turn a Haywire (even an unrecognized one – still waiting for the big scene where Dutch admits that Rock is Rip’s brother).

Storyline is constantly giving me whiplash, but keep it up. Thoroughly enjoyable.

I’d come up with a clever ka-comment, but I’m too busy ogling Panel One.

It’s obviously throw-back Thursday. Who’s next?

Really like the footnote. Could use more of them when possible.

I wonder if this means SKULL is back in action? Was Dan giving readers a hint when Rip mentioned Dr. Pain the other day? Did Jenkins hatch this plan while in that top secret prison? Did he recruit Rock or did Rock seek him out. There’s only one real answer to today’s strip: disable comments before byebot-gocomics posts something. I kid, I kid!!

I had suspected that Breezy was being framed. I suspected that SKULL was involved (those berets were a dead giveaway). But I had completely forgotten about Rock.

And for that, I wish to award you the Dragoncat Award for Best DNSTC (Did Not See That Coming).
