yes, elk hunting by helicopter gun ships using air to surface missiles is perfectly legal. but NO TASERS!

Also, most if not all states now prohibit point-click-bang hunting – ie where a remote controlled camera and gun in the forest is controlled by computer. Just not sporting to be sitting in an air-conditioned office while hunting. Also, it cheats the mosquitos, ticks etc out of their MDR of human blood.
