The eel could have performed a digital rectal exam while he was at it.It’s a good thing they removed the eel from Zhang Nan’s body. It might have ‘wrecked him’, or something like that!

I googled Zhang Nan and the eel was found in his bladder after it entered his penis……………yeoww!!!!
