Transcript:
The Denver Zoo has an auto rickshaw that runs on fuel pellets made from the zoo's animal poo! Poo power! While Scott Janssen was participating in Alaska's 2012 Iditarod dog sled race, one of the dogs collapsed and stopped breathing, but he was able to revive the dog with mouth to snout CPR! Doug McMananman of Nova Scotia, Canada, balanced a 9 foot long surfboard on his chin for 51.47 seconds!

Mouth to mouth resuscitation and CPR (cardio-pulmonary resuscitation) are two different things. The first provides oxygen to the lungs if the patient has stopped breathing, the second provides an artificial heartbeat if the patient’s heart has stopped beating. One or other or both may be needed in an emergency first aid situation.

Wow, I always loved going to the Denver Zoo, but I had no idea about that rickshaw…

he probably revived him so he could continue in the race.I mean HE was the cause of the dog’s distress, and now he’s a hero ’cause got a little dog spit in his mouth

Aren’t rickshaws “fueled” by feeding the guy pulling them?
