In June 2015, surgeons in India operated on a 15-year-old girl to remove a five foot long hairball. The hottest raindrops ever recorded- 115F - fell during a desert thunderstorm in the Needles, California, on August 13, 2012. Most of the rain evaporated before it hit the ground! Biology students at the University of Southern Denmark have discovered that sea stars can actually squeeze solid objects through their skin and out their limbs!
