Ripley's Believe It or Not by Ripley’s Believe It or Not! for October 17, 2015
Transcript:
Les Stewart of Mudjimba, Australia, wrote out every number from one to one million in words- requiring seven typewriters, 1000 ink ribbons, 19,890 pages and 16 years and 7 months! Minor league catcher Dave Bresnahan carved a potato into the shape of a baseball to deceive a baserunner in 1987- it remains preserved in a specimen jar to this day! A group of parrots is called a pandemonium!
What an accomplishment, Mr. Stewart.
