It’s not often to hear of “twin” cousins.

Now if only American blood donors could be texted like that.

The same thing happened in Wolverhampton England in November 2014.

Twins from Wolverhampton defied odds of 150,000 to 1 to become fathers to baby boys on the same day.Jeromme and his partner Tegan Compton were the first to experience parenthood when they welcomed baby Cameron into the world at 2.04am on Monday morning.Jarrell and his partner Francesca Ashe followed suit just two and a half hours later when baby Cassen arrived at 4.34am.But it wasn’t enough for the twins’ babies to be born on the same day – they were also born in the same hospital, in the same birthing pool, under the watchful eye of the same midwife.The brothers, 21, knew their partners were both having a baby boy, and both had the same due date of November 26, but they didn’t believe their new bundles of joy would ever arrive on the same day.

Nothing about the other parent becoming mothers and aunts on the same day. Seems rather chauvinistic to me

I did not know the twin cousin thing was a big deal. I have a first cousin that was born on the same day as I was. My father’s sister had a little girl in the morning and I was born in the afternoon. It was not in the same hospital or city.

So was the brother’s babies born 8 months after their favourite team won the Superbowl?
