Transcript:
Twice a year, the Atlantic tides meet at the mouth of the Amazon River in Brazil, creating the longest wave on earth- up to 186 miles. The Eiffel tower gets a new coat of paint every seven years, requiring 25 painters, 15 months and 60 tons of paint in three different shades of brown! British artists Bompas & Parr paid tribute to Roald Dahl by brewing batches of beer using yeast from a chair the author sat in!
At what point will those extra 60 tons every 7 years begin to effect the stability of the Eiffel Tower. It’s about 130 years old so that amounts to about 1,080 tons of extra weight since it was built.
