Just don’t try to use that grill indoors without a window open and a carbon monoxide detector mounted low to the ground.

Grilled out a couple times in the winter while stationed in Alaska. The temperature had come up from -55 to 0 and it was warm enough to grill.

Best burgers ever had, were on the grill at 32 degrees. Yummy.

One time, years ago, a winter storm knocked the power out. Most of our neighbors were elderly. It took days for them to get the power back on, and our section was among the last. During that entire time, we had our grill out with a kettle of hot water so that people could have hot coffee or tea, and a pan of beef stew. At least our neighbors could get hot food.

I’ve grilled in cold weather many times while tailgating at a football game. It’s possible to get the meat cooked, but not very warm. And if the temperature is very cold, you can start eating warm food and end with very cold food.
