OK now release and put legs straight up, then slowly lower and then back up, keeping the abdominal area tight. Then lay down and bring legs up and then slowly back down to the mat and then straight up and slowly down and over your head and tap behind your head on the floor and then straight up and slowly down to the floor. Great for legs and abdominal area.

Beware the tell tale toes. The will tell the ten little Indians a tall tale or yarn of being socked in among untrimmed nails.
