Very heartwarming.
It would have been better to decorate the tree with edible decorations for the animals.
They do that to the junipers along Capitol of Texas Hwy. in Austin. Now, if they’d come back and clean up their mess after….

Decorating outdoor trees has become trendy in our neighbourhood – some extension cords are over 100 feet long.

Here in California you’d have to spend several years and thousands of dollars to get the required permits to do that.
In a curve on US 67 in Illinois, there was a little pine tree all by itself. One year, somebody put lights on it run from a little generator.

you never know…the garland could be edible.
I think animal friendly fruits and nuts and popcorn strings would have been better.
