You weren’t quite that modern.
“Modern” keeps shifting. They were “modern” – in the 1960s.
Every so often, TV shows or sporting events from the 70s and 80s and 90s will come on the flat screen and I cringe at how bad it looks and wonder how we even watched TV back then.
I used to watch them on radio, because we didn’t have a TV.
Back to the future.
