Rudy Park by Darrin Bell and Theron Heir for December 21, 2010
Transcript:
As you may know, it's vacation week at Rudy Park. Last week, the strip's wicked-handsome illustrator, Darrin Bell, went on vacation. This weeks, the whining writer, Theron Heir, says he's on vacation (probably in his basement playing with dolls after taking his annual shower.) But I, Darrin, digress. I do not in any way want to suggest that I resent the fact that I have to draw whatever pictures that pea-headed, bird-brained Theron requires of me and that I have to fill their mouths with his "comedy" stylings. Frankly, these characters can stand on their own, they're so beautifully drawn. Do they even need words? I'd give them some if I could think of any worhty of my illustrations!
