I'm stressed. You should stop worrying so much.

Brain wave analysis of people handling problems shows that increased brain activity corresponds with low intelligence. This may indicate that a lack of pre-frontal connectivity creates a longer path to a solution requiring more activity, where a stronger networking ability provides recognition of the proper solution by a shorter route and less searching.Relaxing and dreaming may be a quicker path to answers.
This… actually works. If you can do it. Feel a worry coming on? Distract yourself and think of something else. Eventually it’s a habit and you’re back to being just normally stressed about things you should be worrying about. I know, easier said than done.
