Talking is weird. I'm just wobbling some mucous membranes right now. They wobble the air, which wobbles some bones in your ear. There is some particular wobble that will break your heart. Another would make you jump for joy. And another would drive you to insanity. For any person, there is some sequence of vocal fold wobbling that will produce just about any mental state. But probabilistically what ever wobble I do won't have a strong effect on you. It's like I have a superpower that only works once in a million... Hey. Are you asleep?! My God. Your vocal wobbling induced a sudden state of somnolence! Uh huh. It's not like you were being super interesting. And we shall call you slumber lass.
