We are a non-union company, and our president would like to keep it that way. I once interviewed a fellow who prominently displayed on his resume that he was the head union steward at his last job (the company moved south of the border) and was still very active in that union. And other thoughtless things that people say at interviews! … Are they coming just so they can put a reference on their unemployment reports?
