The real estate people must love the money they’re making in this neighborhood. Dwellers disappear regularly, yet new blood keeps moving in. It’s a good thing none of the real estate agents is the suspicious type!And Leopold is being so considerate!
Maybe Frankie and his friend are the estate agents. I would have thought Leo would have wanted to cause as much pain as possible.
Notice that Leo only kills the male neighbours. I imagine if a hot babe moved into the neighbourhood, it would be a different outcome. :)
The new neighbor will turn out to be a she-monster who looks incredibly similar to Leopold.
