That’s just like Hawthorne to ask about if he gets rewarded in the end.

It’s out of character for Hawthorne to have a conscience about being arrested and needing bail.

Since he got served with papers yesterday, he was gonna need bail money, anyways. So what was he gonna do yesterday?

I meant he got served Sat.

Bail money isn’t a reward. It’s only to get him out of jail for doing that job.
