I used to jump from my window to the pear tree, then slide down to go ramblin’ with my buddy in the middle of the night when we were about 11 and 12. When my Dad found out he asked what we were doing while we were out. I told him some of the more mild stuff, and he just told me not to get in trouble. We avoided the worst stuff, but there wasn’t a streetlight around that was safe from our slingshots.
