I can sympathize with Cosmo. When I lie on one side, my shoulder hurts. When I lie on the other side, my sciatica flares lup. When I lie on my back, I snore and wake up my wife. Fortunately, the ceiling doesn’t need painting.

Left side is my acid reflux, right side is my shoulder, and my back gives me back pain.

It does help to close your eyes, Cosmo.

“The ceiling needs painting” is what his girlfriend said and is the reason he is single.

Now how does one of those silly hats on your head help you sleep? (Just kidding.)

A good brisk walk (unless he’d rather fly) might help him sleep; just stay awake ’til you get all the way home!
