Now, that’s for sure! Exercise will help you have “wiggle-room”. Couple that with eating a healthy diet (its easy to say, hard to do, I know!!!), and you’d be surprised how the pounds melt off! (However, like I told my diet coach once, it is relatively easy for me to loose weight, its the keeping it off that is very, very difficult for me!). =-O
