This is what should be understood as “Funnies” because this was in fact “funny”. To many times today the “funnies” are trying to make social or political comment and they are NOT funny. Look at the Cleveland Plain Dealer section known as Diversions and tell me if you find any of the comics as “funny”. I think not.
