Munchkin, KS is the fictional town that was home to the Munchkins in the book the Wonderful World of Oz.
When one does not see the humor it’s assumed they don’t get it. I don’t think that’s the case with this one.
That is the KS99 ‘Road to OZ’ exit off of I70 to the OZ Museum in Wamego KS. They have a large collection of OZ movie items.
KS99 does intersect the Kansas Turnpike in Emporia if you don’t mind driving through Eskridge to get to the museum.
