In 1969 I saw Valley of the Gwangi as part of a quintuple feature with The Undefeated, Dracula Has Risen from the Dead, Three in the Attic, and Yours, Mine, and Ours. I have no idea why I remember all of those titles over fifty years later. It was a double-date thing. We called ahead and asked the movie manager if we could bring a picnic basket. He said we could, and when we got there he opened the (usually closed) balcony for us. So we had essentially a private viewing box. And fried chicken, mashed potatoes, concession stand drinks, and pecan pie.
