“Processed foods” have no health benefits even if they say Low Fat, Low Salt or Low Calorie! Whatever they eliminate, they make up for in OTHER unhealthy things. I make all my own foods with whole grains and lots of produce (organic when it is within my price range) and meat is also NOT the brands that supermarkets carry- no nitrites and only free range poultry and eggs and grass fed red meat.
