As inept as he’s become publicly (I don’t recall him having an image problem earlier in his career), Roger has overseen growth of the NFL in revenues, media reach and as a now-global brand. Bottom line: His problems haven’t prevented any of the 32 teams who employ him from gaining hugely in value. He’s a bumbling cash cow.”
