@ratava99 and @BobBlumenfeld, HIPAA allows you to go after the medical provider NOT the reporter. A doctor I know told me this when I asked about this specific case. JPP should be suing the facility and provider NOT the reporter and ESPN.
ESPN, the gift that keeps giving. Fed false info on Deflategate, and ran with it. Why some there are still employed is beyond baffling. The network that was once at the top of the sports reporting business, is now a complete and utter gong show.
