Who is this fat guy, telling a cop what to do? And I don’t believe for a second that Tarzan couldn’t put the cop out of commission (without killing or seriously injuring him, we would hope). Anyway, it’s an intriguing beginning to the arc.

Add to the charge the whole tribe of swamp people he just murdered.
