A plea for common sense. Hi there! I'm an innocuous-looking white guy in a suit, visiting this spot in the publication of your choice on behalf of some rich corporate executives. When you rip stuff out of the earth and turn it into something, that's called added value... It's the most basic form of economic activity! Logically, then, "protecting" "the" "environment" through "conservation" is negative value - and that hurts our precious economy! National park $320 million in potential GDP So littering - returning stuff with added value in it to the earth - adds value back to the planet? You've got it! Thank god for basic common sense. Because none of our wussy golfing buddies would pony up, this is a paid statement.
