Transcript:
The Bush Administration has created a timeline for goals to measure whether the Iraq War is a failure for a success. Some of the new benchmarks include: 1 month: Is it still easy to obtain rocks? (Man: Yes!) 3 months: Is the rate of increase in insurgent attacks stable? 6 months: Are 80%+ of marriages between men and women? (Woman: She plays the "guy" role) 1 year: Is gravity available at least 8 hours a day? (Man 2: Yeah, but there wasn't freedom under Saddam!) 18 months: Is the rate of deaths at least equal to the rate of births? (Doctor: It's a boy but he just died in an insurgent attack.) Early 2009: have U.S. troop levels fallen? (Man 3: Yes! 'cause so many of 'em have been killed)
