I’ve got 3 cockatoos that keep all 5 of my cats on their toes. The birds will swoop down and chase any of the cats out of "their " room when I let them out to exercise their wings. The birds love to perch on top of the 7’ cat tree especially if there is an unsuspecting cat asleep on it somewhere. The bird will then spread its wings and and let out a cry. Next thing you know the cat is airborn and headed for the next room. It cracks me up every time.

Now have wedding officiant, decorations, favour boxes and lots of candy for favours. Ooof, another couple of things checked off on the list. Everyone has been advised that dates on invitations are wrong, will be July 11 instead of July 25. Now trying to arrange honeymoon and will be meeting with mother-in-law to finalize menu.

I’ve got everything in that picture except the welcome mat!I replaced the blinds that were broken about a month ago. I’m sure they will get trashed again and soon.

The only thing we have in common with the house in the cartoon is the litter boxes in the trash. We recycle the kibble bags but can’t fit the litter containers in the recycle bins. I tried squashing them but it’s too hard.

Tux is STILL under that chair. I think it’s time he and I had a chat.

Why did the Cats send a bird as “time and motion man”? Guess they wouldn’t send a dog! Poor Annie, all she does for them and they just pick on her efforts. I’d give them cores instead of a wake up call.

Well, too bad Chesney! After that little stunt, Annie is just giving you “payback”/

Gave in to the forthcoming summer heat and shampooed the pooch and then gave him my version of a ‘schnauzer’ cut. He looks like a blondish/tanish border collie but the DNA test has him down as a miniature pinscher, chihuahua mix with lots of other unidentifiable breeds. Now when I look at him I feel a lot cooler. LOL My 3 feline furr balls ADORE him.

Glad to hear I’m not the only night owl around here. Been that way since I was a baby also. Kinda hard to send comments since by the time I get them written, it is already the next day.I love all of the pics and videos and still feel I am part of the great family of friends. Even though I don’t add my input much, I have all of you in my thoughts. And it is fun to see some of you at the other strips.

It’s real late here on the East Coast but I did just go back to yesterday’s comments to read more of QOA’s ‘foster kitty stories’. Oh, Queen, you are the BEST. Broke into big smile reading that Brad recaptured the 2 escapees in the laundry room. Tux sounds like my Christopher (who is ALWAYS formally attired).
