Yawn. Just finished reading a good book…can’t fall asleep. My pooch (and 3 cats) have followed me downstairs….now how would Chesney and Jack describe that? Perhaps stalking by mixed breed and potential felons? (felines)? Zzzzzzzzzz
The Beta cat (an un-neutered tom who’s the Alpha cat’s lieutenant) is recovering nicely after a serious fight with a much larger predator. He went a number of rounds over a number of nights with whatever it was and gave as good as he got. This guy was taught by the best of cat fighters (the Alpha cat was his Mr. Miyagi) and never backs down and never runs.
It’s even odds that the predator (with no medical support) will probably not be around much longer after the battering it took in return.
The wife patched him up, put him on antibiotics and used liberal amounts of skin glue and he’s not slowed down one bit. He looks like Frankenkitty but he won’t be kept in and he’s still going out to take names, chew gum and kick 4ss.
And he’s recovering very quickly.
Yes, we could could keep him in but he takes so huge a joy in the free life it’s impossible to deprive him of it in all conscience.
Ten years (maybe) of joy and love and battles or twenty years of boredom. I know which he’d choose.
After three days I finally got all my software installed on my computer this morning when….
my computer crashed into the Netios error blue screen of death.
arggh! Since I have a brand new computer I must conclude that my electricity must be the culprit despite the computer being plugged into a surge protected UPS.

So why are all of their offenders of the canine variety? Special profiling. it seems.

Just got an email from Queen, couple of problems, Some antibiotics and pain killers were prescribed and she will feel better.
I hate when you are operated on, and then left to your own devices. She complained to the nurse who apparently didn’t tell the Dr!
