Which reminds me, last week some veal rib chops caught my eye, so I bought them. Wrapping them up, the (need I say “young”) butcher’s helper had to tell me about his time working on a farm that raised veal. I cooked them for dinner tonight, I will tell Dorene the story tomorrow.
