Dale is so ready to get out of the hospital, possibly Tuesday, the service ain’t a four star hotel!

Last night around 3AM he realized he didn’t have a pee bottle, rang the nurse, 40 minutes later put his coverlet on the floor and made use of it! LOL… they finally came in 10 minutes later.

However he can have all the ice cream he wants, a big plus in his book.

Meanwhile the search for a red ball takes a strange turn.

I had shingles years ago and missed 5 weeks of work. The doctors said there was no Medecine for me, I just had to “ride it out”. Afterwards, I put down $250 for the shingles vaccine (my insurance reimbursed me later). Last week, my brother, who I share my house with, came down with shingles. He had gone back to work in June after nearly dying in 2015 so he has no insurance for 6 months. The doctors put him on an antiviral and gabapentin for nerve pain (both generics). He is coping with the pain and is able to work as an auto mechanic. Why didn’t I have those meds back then? I went to Rite Aide and got a Shingrix shot ($20 copay) right away and will need a follow up in two months.

Oliver is slightly disappointed the Aliens didn’t take him up on his offer, he’d found some more for them too!
