Wow, I thought I got an early start on loving Johnny Cash—he’s been my favorite singer since I was five. Here’s Thatababy even younger!

Proof that the good music is dead1

This isn’t the first Johnny Cash reference in Thatababy. I remember commenting on a strip several months back.

Andy Capp was singing “Ring of Fire” a few weeks back. And it got some love from the comments in Tank McNamara recently although the song wasn’t in the strip itself.

Better than today’s music.

I would have been a fan since I was 5, but the song hadn’t been recorded yet.Thatababy and I seem to have the same tastes in a lot of subjects.
